Fruit of the run juice of our red varieties Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon that have macerated together joined to the white variety Verdejo. We get in this way a very bright pale strawberry colour and a lively acidity. Fermentation at 13ºC ensures that strawberry, blueberry or cherry aromas are very present together with delicate notes of grass that provides Verdejo.Fresh honeyed mouth with a slightly marked acidity due to the presence of carbon dioxide with a meaty end as when we take a ripe plum.
